Make up one's mind means to decide what to choose or, to become very certain that you want to do somethig.
Here some examples:
  • Make up your mind. We do not have much time.
  • I cannot make up my mind. Can you help me decide?
  • If you do not make up your mind, I'll choose for you.
  • Both of them look really good. I cannot make up my mind.
Other common sentences:
  • I can't decide which one to take.
  • I do not know if I should get the Volvo or the Ford.
  • I like both of them too much to decide.
